Acceptance

Using waterthroughceiling.info or calling its number means agreeing to these terms. Anyone who disagrees should leave the site.

Permitted Use

The site is for personal, non-commercial use, such as reading about ceiling leaks and calling for help. Copying, scraping, reselling and interfering with the site are not allowed.

Calls

A caller should describe the damage and its location accurately. Calls may be recorded to check quality and train staff.

Restoration work is agreed in a separate contract between the property owner and the company doing it, and that contract fixes the price, the timing and the conditions.

Ownership

Text, layout, graphics and photos on the site are owned by Ceiling Water Leak Team or used with permission from their owners. Reproducing or republishing them requires written consent.

Prohibited Conduct

Prank calls, false reports, automatic dialing, harassment, illegal activity and harmful code are banned. Ceiling Water Leak Team can block any number or device linked to such conduct.

Outside Links

A few pages link to government and educational websites for background. Ceiling Water Leak Team does not run those websites and takes no responsibility for what they say.

Changes and Limits

The site and its content come as is. These terms may be revised at any time by posting a new version, and continued use after a revision signals acceptance of it.
